You do not have to own a website. However if you choose to submit your website, you must place a code somewhere visible and easy to find, preferably the index page or a fanlistings page, BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A JOIN FORM. If you fail to do this I'll only list your email address and not your website.
No hate material in your site, period. The same goes for sites that contains pornography/yaoi/yuri, because children have access to this FL too. If your site falls into either one category, you will still be listed, but your website will not be linked.
